About the Role: Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Support The Wellness Services Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to participants of our health and wellness programs from the comfort of their own remote workspace. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for: Conducting inbound and outbound calls for our health and wellness incentive programs, ensuring seamless communication and support Accurately summarizing each call by taking detailed notes, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Listening attentively to member questions and concerns, responding promptly with resolutions according to company guidelines, and providing empathetic support Registering members to wellness programs, administering health assessments, and conducting retention campaigns to drive engagement and motivation Assisting members with navigating our wellness portals and ordering catalog items, ensuring a user-friendly experience and resolving any technical issues Managing multiple software interfaces for different wellness programs, leveraging technical skills and adaptability to ensure efficient workflow Following best practices regarding HIPAA laws and protection of member's PHI, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data security Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you will need: At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues Performance-driven mindset, with the ability to meet daily and monthly benchmark goals, and a strong desire to continuously improve and grow Proficiency in working with different software programs and interfaces, including Five9 and MS Teams, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Comfort with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, remaining professional and composed in a fast-paced environment Excellent attendance record and punctuality, with a strong commitment to reliability and accountability Ability to type at least 65 WPM, with high-speed internet connection (at least 50 mbps) and a quiet, distraction-free workspace Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Previous experience in the health and wellness industry, with a deep understanding of health intelligence and engagement solutions Knowledge of HIPAA laws and regulations, with a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality Experience with remote work environments, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently Strong technical skills, with proficiency in multiple software programs and interfaces Certifications or training in customer service, health coaching, or related fields, with a desire to continuously learn and develop new skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
