Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Airline Customer Service Attendant to join arenaflex, with flexible working hours of under 4 hours per shift. Job Description As an Airline Customer Service Attendant at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in enhancing the travel experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting travelers with their inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at our airport locations. Your positive attitude and strong communication skills will contribute to the friendly and efficient atmosphere that arenaflex is known for. Key Responsibilities Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport services, responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Handle customer complaints and special requests with empathy and understanding, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Coordinate with other airline staff to ensure efficient operations, collaborating to achieve common goals and objectives. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety standards, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment. Support passengers with special needs and accommodate their requests, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity and customer satisfaction. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. You will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred but not required.
