Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the VP of Human Resources. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are looking to start their career in HR administration while gaining exposure to strategic HR operations. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of contact, providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and assisting in HR initiatives to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the VP of HRs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare, edit, and format HR documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Assist in the organization and execution of HR programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.

Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain HR records in compliance with company policies.

Serve as a liaison between the VP of HR and other departments to ensure smooth communication.

Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and HR initiatives.
• *
Coordinate logistics for HR events, meetings, and interviews.

Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to improve HR operational efficiency.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
