Role Description
This is a part-time, 100% remote contract role as an Entry-Level Financial Scoring Agent with a flexible schedule. In this role, you will assist clients by evaluating their financial goals, providing guidance on investments, insurance, and financial services, and building lasting client relationships. You will also educate clients on various financial tools, communicate solutions effectively, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Qualifications
• Basic knowledge or interest in Finance and Financial Services
• Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to build rapport
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, flexible schedule
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
• Experience in financial or related fields is a plus but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in finance are advantageous
