Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and provide support to consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. As a CSR, you will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers, documenting their complaints into a secure database, and providing educational materials and referrals to help them resolve their issues. You will also be expected to provide A+ customer service and ensure that all consumers receive a high level of support and care.

Work Schedule

The expected shift for this role is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) / 6:00 am - 2:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. You will be required to work a standard 40-hour week, with some flexibility to work overtime as needed.
