You spend your days translating business requirements into automation in Marketing Cloud. You own the client relationship and ensure seamless execution of the objectives established in the sales cycle and in monthly strategy sessions with the client. You are like an extension of the client's team, and the brains of their operation. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong client engagement skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to drive customer success and satisfaction. A Day-in-the-Life: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all Salesforce Marketing Cloud-related matters. • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and requirements to align solutions with their strategic goals. • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. • Monitoring hours burndown & budgets • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. • Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features to meet specific business needs. • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators. • Create and maintain documentation for implemented solutions, configurations, and processes. • Reviewing client performance metrics & recommending strategies to help improve them. • Coordinating the work of contractors and internal people to serve clients as efficiently & effectively as possible. A Successful Marketing Cloud Strategist will: • Bring hands on Marketing Cloud experience, specifically with Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, etc. • Have AMPscript, CSS, API experience • Hold 2 or more of the following certifications: SMC Email Specialist, SMC Consultant, SMC Developer, SMC Administrator, or SMC Personalization Accreditation Core Values: At Sercante, we value passion, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
