Manage and execute day-to-day eCommerce operations for the LifeWorks Restaurant Group brand portfolio, including campaigns, social media marketing, product placements, writing and editing content, and updating assets. Determine optimal user interface journeys across various eCommerce and mobile platforms. Manage roadmap for e-commerce and digital experiences, ensuring we always have the most optimal, frictionless experiences for our B2B and B2C platforms. Plan and implement digital merchandising strategies to engage consumers and drive conversions Responsible for planning and executing ongoing customer acquisition and retention strategies, driving new customer acquisition via channels including PPC, SSP, SEO, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates, and the daily management of the affiliate program; affiliate partner approval and execution of blogger outreach, gifting and delivery of affiliate-based content and asset Evaluate web traffic and metrics to help measure and inform web updates and strategies with a focus on improving the experience based on personas; advise stakeholders on UX best practices and approaches.
