Position Overview The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative role is a pivotal link between our clients’ production floors, vendors, and end‑customers. This full‑time position follows a regular Monday‑through‑Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $20, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management - Utilize the ERP system to create, edit, and track purchase orders for raw materials, components, and consumables. - Monitor real‑time inventory levels, generate replenishment alerts, and ensure stock availability aligns with production forecasts. - Coordinate daily with vendors and freight providers to confirm shipment dates, resolve discrepancies, and mitigate potential delays. - Process receiving transactions, conduct quality checks, and update ERP records to reflect accurate on‑hand quantities. - Maintain meticulous documentation of all purchasing, receiving, and inventory activities for audit compliance.
