Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Piano Lessons Instructor who can deliver high‑quality, personalized piano instruction to students ranging from early childhood (5 years) to adult learners. This role blends remote instruction through our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) with face‑to‑face sessions at our Marion store, offering a hybrid teaching experience that reflects modern educational trends. Key Responsibilities

- Progress Tracking & Reporting – Utilize West Music’s Learning Management Tool to document lesson content, assign practice assignments, record attendance, and generate performance reports for students and parents.
- Communication & Feedback – Maintain open, constructive dialogue with students and, when appropriate, their guardians, delivering timely feedback on practice habits, technique, and overall development.
- Material Development – Create or adapt teaching resources such as practice sheets, handouts, digital exercises, and supplemental videos that reinforce lesson objectives.
- Administrative Duties – Manage scheduling, handle billing inquiries, submit weekly timesheets via the HR/payroll portal, and ensure compliance with all store policies and safety protocols.
- Store Collaboration – Partner with store staff, including sales associates and event coordinators, to promote lesson packages, coordinate recital hall set‑up, and contribute to community outreach initiatives.
