Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Part‑Time Inbound Chat Specialist to become the friendly voice (or rather, typed voice) of arenaflex’s dealership partners. In this on‑site role you will engage with customers via live chat, answer product‑related questions, schedule service appointments, and capture critical contact information that fuels our clients’ sales pipelines. Your primary mission is to create delightful, helpful experiences that seamlessly convert inquiries into actionable leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Chat Engagement: Respond promptly to a high volume of inbound chat messages from prospective car buyers and service seekers, maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused tone.
- Product Knowledge Delivery: Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on vehicle models, financing options, service packages, and any promotional offers featured by our dealership clients.
- Appointment Coordination: Identify customers’ intent to schedule test drives, service appointments, or consultations, and efficiently book those appointments in the dealer’s calendar system.
- Lead Capture & Qualification: Accurately record contact details, vehicle preferences, and buying timelines. Tag and prioritize leads according to predefined criteria for dealer follow‑up.
- Interaction Summaries: Draft concise, insightful summaries of each chat interaction, highlighting customer needs and next steps for dealer review.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to and refine arenaflex’s internal knowledge repository, ensuring all chat agents have instant access to the latest product updates and troubleshooting tips.
- Multi‑Tasking & Efficiency: Balance multiple chat sessions concurrently while maintaining a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with a goal of 40 WPM or higher.
- Continuous Learning: Participate actively in a four‑week intensive training program, followed by ongoing coaching sessions to sharpen communication and sales conversion skills.
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
- Customer Service Experience: Prior work in retail, hospitality, or automotive environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Windows‑based applications, web browsers, and CRM tools. Basic internet troubleshooting skills are a plus.
