Responsibilities
- Inspire and coach crew members, playing a pivotal role in their development and the store's success
- Lead by example in delivering top-tier guest service, setting the standard for your team
- Drive operational standards and efficiency, ensuring each guest leaves happier
- Manage team dynamics effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment
- Enhance your skills with our comprehensive training programs, including ServSafe certification
- Guide crew members through their shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and acknowledging their achievements
- Utilize team members optimally throughout the shift to meet guest needs and maintain service standards
- Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift
- Uphold our commitment to guest service, fostering a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve any issues
- Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs
- Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills
- Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred
