Position Summary
The Duals Healthcare Quality Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting our HEDIS team, managing various projects and tasks to meet Medicare Stars, Accreditation, and Quality Withhold performance goals. As a subject matter expert, you'll provide mentorship and guidance to HEDIS Coordinator staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the coordination and preparation of the annual HEDIS hybrid project
- Facilitate and participate in team meetings to strategize and prioritize opportunities to meet performance goals
- Support the onboarding and training of annual HEDIS Coordinator staff
- Assist with year-round HEDIS activities to support project setup
- Complete tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager during the HEDIS hybrid project
- Utilize various systems to access measure reporting and populations
- Support the development and implementation of activities to improve HEDIS and Star ratings
- Collaborate with the National Quality team to support member and provider initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HEDIS
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars measures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work extended hours as needed during the annual HEDIS hybrid project
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 3-5 years of experience
Compensation and Benefits:
The typical pay range for this role is $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 per year. In addition to your competitive salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
