Job Overview We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Virtual Live or Tele Chat Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and telephone interactions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and telephone in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their questions are answered and their issues are resolved Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service Collaborate with other team members to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that your knowledge and skills are up-to-date and aligned with the needs of our customers Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience preferred, with a focus on live chat and telephone support Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including live chat and telephone systems Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
