About the Role

blithequark is seeking a passionate and customer-centric professional to join our growing Customer Experience Team as a remote Customer Experience Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about our innovative marketplace and provide exceptional experiences for our hosts and guests. As the front line to our users, our team drives revenue, impacts product development through customer insights, and makes a tangible difference in the success of blithequark. The position involves working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm PST, with a rotation of two weekend days per month.
