The Data Management Associate will support the Regulated Bioanalytics Department by managing data flows, ensuring data integrity, and assisting with validation of computerized systems to generate high-quality regulated bioanalytical data. Responsibilities - Creating and documenting data flows spanning the full sample lifecycle from collection through to testing and result reporting to ensure data integrity and robustness - Ensuring compliant data management for data-generating instruments and equipment, and their orchestrators within PDMB’s robotic work cells - Creating use cases to leverage AI and machine vision to proactively monitor and analyze performance in PDMB’s operational dataset and gather insight on potential optimizations and working with IT to deliver compliant solutions - Assisting with validation of computerized systems - Graph data modeling to simplify traversing through operational and result data Skills - B.A./B.S. Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics (or related sciences), or Information Technology with at least 3 years of industry experience or an M.S.
