What You Will Do:

Precision Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and verify diverse data sets across various Amazon platforms and databases, adhering to the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Record Keeping & Organization: Maintain and meticulously organize electronic records, files, and documentation, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient retrieval.
Data Analysis Support: Assist in data analysis tasks, including data cleansing, validation, and the generation of insightful reports to support operational insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to company policies, procedures, and data management protocols, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data management processes, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy.
System Proficiency: Utilize and navigate various data management software and tools to perform daily tasks effectively.

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
Exceptional typing speed and accuracy – proficiency in data entry techniques is essential.
Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
