Enter and update data into internal systems accurately and efficiently
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain and organize electronic files
Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing information
Manage confidential data with integrity and discretion
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy
Assist with administrative tasks as needed by team leads or managers
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus
Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity
Excellent communication and organizational skills
