As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values innovation, creativity, and growth. **The Role** As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform. You will also coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, monitor project progress, and proactively address client concerns and roadblocks.
