Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for responding to clinician and patient billing-related inquiries, providing exceptional service, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive patient satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to high-volume billing inquiries from clinicians and patients, providing clear and concise information on Labcorp processes and policies.
- Maintain excellent response times across various communication platforms, including phone calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest potential solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, billing, and lab teams, to resolve customer inquiries and drive patient satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate, resolve, and document billing-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in projects that drive process improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of customer service experience required.
- Previous healthcare or call center experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet connectivity (50 mbps).
- Proficiency in Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bilingual a plus.
