As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary interface for our members, handling incoming inquiries via phone, written correspondence, fax, web, and electronic mail. You'll serve as a member advocate, building trust and providing expert guidance through the complex world of insurance. Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The program will run for 9-12 weeks, with live virtual training sessions from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday. After training, you'll be expected to work an 8.5-hour shift between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm (Central Time Zone) Monday to Friday.
