Job Summary:
Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. - Resolve customer complaints, address issues related to travel delays or cancellations, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Manage and process ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
- Provide support for special requests, such as assistance with disabilities or handling unaccompanied minors.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with Delta Airlines policies and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Experience:
