Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems, ensuring accurate documentation and response within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain and expand service and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with applications specific to individual clients.
• Understand and cater to customer profiles, tailoring communication to meet their unique needs and preferences.
• Ensure contractual SLAs are met, prioritizing customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark and its clients, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
