Were now looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team and be the bridge between our clients and internal teams ensuring smooth communication, high satisfaction, and long-term growth. What You'll Do As a Customer Relationship Manager at StrategyByte, you will: - Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and valued. - Deeply understand each clients business, challenges, and objectives to align services accordingly. - Work with strategy, SEO, design, and development teams to deliver timely solutions. - Guide clients through onboarding and project kickoffs; support retention and upselling opportunities. - Conduct regular check-ins, gather feedback, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate. - Deliver monthly performance reports and actionable insights to help clients understand ROI. - Identify opportunities to introduce new services, increase value, and expand client engagement. - Help nurture leads through email, cold calls, follow-ups, and CRM tools - Support the sales pipeline by reactivating previous clients and referrals What Were Looking For - At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (Sales, client services, or accounts management) - An ability to sell - Extremely high proficiency in written and spoken English  - A proactive, problem-solving mindset - Experience in a digital agency or marketing/tech environment is a plus - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, ClickUp and MS 365 Why Join StrategyByte? - Competitive Salary and best in class leave policies - Work with a collaborative, future-focused team - Ability to work remotely on projects with real purpose - A chance to grow with a fast-scaling digital agency Salary Range: BDT 45,000-55,000
