Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CSS Developer-QA to join our team. As a CSS Developer-QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and correctness of CSS code in our web applications. You will collaborate with our development team to identify and fix any CSS-related issues and ensure consistent and visually appealing designs across different platforms and browsers.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze CSS code for quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and fix CSS-related issues to ensure consistent and visually appealing designs across different platforms and browsers.
- Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback on the feasibility and impact of design changes.
- Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into accurate and efficient CSS code.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
- Write and maintain documentation for CSS code and development processes.
- Stay updated with the latest CSS trends, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSS Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CSS, including advanced knowledge of selectors, properties, and layout techniques.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).
- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Attention to detail and ability to spot visual inconsistencies.
- Experience with browser compatibility testing and debugging tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
