About the Role
We're seeking Creative Writing Evaluators to review AI-generated stories, essays, and creative text. Your literary judgment helps AI systems produce more compelling and natural writing.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
• Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing for quality and originality
• Rate outputs on style, coherence, tone, and engagement
• Identify clichés, logical inconsistencies, or unnatural phrasing
• Provide constructive written feedback to improve AI writing quality
• Work across genres including fiction, poetry, essays, and more
Who You Are
• Love of reading and writing
• Ability to evaluate writing quality and provide thoughtful feedback
• Strong command of English language and style
• Comfortable working through large volumes of text
• No published writing experience required
