About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end creative development of print and digital marketing communications, ensuring messaging aligns with strategy and elevates brand storytelling across the customer journey.
• Drive integrated content strategy and execution across brand channels, guiding junior creatives to produce cohesive, high-quality output.
• Own adaptation of brand voice, ensuring consistency across platforms. Craft compelling, audience-focused copy and adapt tone as platforms, audiences, and strategic priorities evolve.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, partnering with traffic/project managers to prioritize tasks and optimize resources.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team; retail experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; food writing experience a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing compelling, diverse creative work across multiple channels and mediums.
• Experience with SEO and content strategy, plus strong research and analytical skills.
