INNOCEAN Canada is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Copywriter with a passion for storytelling and creative craft to join their team. The role involves developing compelling concepts across various mediums and ensuring high standards of creative output while collaborating with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop ideas and write copy for all mediums - digital, social, broadcast, print, radio, CRM, out-of-home, Brand Experiences, Point of Sale, and web
- Ability to present ideas and concepts
- Focus in brand or retail automotive and telecommunication
- Brainstorm ideas with other members of the creative teams
- Ensuring that our high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for themselves and others on the team
- Enthusiastically participate in new business opportunities
Skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong command of the English language
- Very detail-oriented
- Ability to work with fellow creative people, and business partners and client to move the projects from concept to completion
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, or public relations
- 1-3 years of relevant experience and proven track record, including some industry award wins
