Content Strategist & Operator

Apply Now ✨
Overview We're growing at Human-ology! I'm looking for a Content Strategist & Operator to join our team on a 6-month contract with potential to go full-time. You'd be working directly with me, alongside Aidan Borer, and collaborating closely with Lisa Wilson, Philip Kurien, and Melanie Seaborn as we scale into our next stage of growth. This role is about getting creative with what we've already built: spotting repurposing opportunities, owning distribution, and making sure our content shows up where it matters (think email newsletters, collaborating with podcast producers, seeding across channels, and keeping our marketing ops running smoothly). If you're someone who loves the doing, can see potential in existing content, and gets excited by turning great work into maximum impact, I'd love to hear from you! We study what it means to be human in a rapidly changing world and partner with human-first, iconic brands. You'd play a key role in helping us reach new clients and fuel our growth as we continue to build. Interested or know someone who might be? DM me to learn more.
