About the Role

The Content Marketing Manager will join our Marketing team to create clear, compelling, and engaging content across all formats. You'll help Syndio stand out, educate customers, and bring clarity to the market about our unique value proposition.

You'll develop a deep understanding of our buyers and stakeholders, using this knowledge to educate and influence them throughout their journey. Collaboration with analytics, demand generation, sales, and product teams will be key to testing messaging and experimenting with new content types. Data-driven decision-making will be essential in empowering continuous improvement.

To thrive in this role, you should be an empathetic individual who excels at collaborating with colleagues across all levels and teams. You'll leverage your exceptional writing skills, passion for creation, and ability to utilize AI to enhance speed and creativity. Strong judgment and exceptional taste in content that resonates with multiple audiences are also essential.

Interview overview

Our interview process typically includes:

  1. Recruiter Screen (25 minutes)
  2. Hiring Manager (30 minutes)
  3. Loop (1.5 hours, consisting of three 30-minute video calls with departmental peers and cross-functional team members)
  4. Document Submission + Follow-up with Hiring Manager (45 minutes)
  5. Final Interview with VP of Marketing (30 minutes)
