About the Role We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and execute our end-to-end content marketing strategy. This is a highly strategic role with plenty of room for creativity, innovation, and impact. You’ll be an integral part of our growth strategy, creating compelling content that fuels demand, strengthens our brand, and positions us as the trusted partner for global enterprises. What You'll Do Lead the planning, creation, and distribution of content across multiple channels (website, blog, social, video, webinars, and more) Develop and execute a content strategy that supports demand generation, thought leadership, customer marketing, and brand positioning campaigns Collaborate with product marketing, growth, sales, and strategy consultants to deliver content that resonates with customer needs at every stage of the journey Create high-value assets such as whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, and campaign creative Experiment with new content formats—particularly video and visually driven content—to expand our storytelling reach Leverage SEO, analytics, and AIO (AI Optimization) to ensure visibility and discoverability in the age of generative AI Apply visual design skills to enhance the impact and consistency of content across channels What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketing technology Proven ability to build and run a content engine end-to-end—from strategy to execution Strong storytelling skills with experience creating engaging content in multiple formats Familiarity with AIO (AI Optimization) and how it shapes discoverability and reach Visual design skills (e.g., layout, branding, and creative design tools) to bring campaigns to life A data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn! We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have Experience creating or managing video content Work Location & Travel Requirements Airship’s ‘Digital First’ approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Airship believes that flexible work contributes to a more productive and more equitable work environment, and that Airshippers are able to collaborate, innovate, and support one another across different locations and timezones. Some roles may require that employees perform their work from a specific location to support business activities, and/or be within proximity to an Airship office location or customer or partner locations, while other roles can be performed 100% remotely. This position is fully remote and may require up to 10% travel based on business needs or as requested by your manager. Compensation Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, business needs, and geography. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including: relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location. The starting base pay range for this position is: $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year . Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives.
