Role
At
Mindbloom, you will have a massive impact crafting the future of mental health and wellbeing alongside colleagues who are trailblazers and pioneers. As a fully-remote Collaborating Psychiatrist (MD/DO), you'll work with
Mindbloom's psychiatric clinicians and our Medical Director to ensure that Clinicians flawlessly follow our proprietary ketamine therapy protocols and provide exceptional client care.
- Serve as the collaborating/supervising physician for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs/Psych PAs
- Execute the responsibilities of the collaborative practice/supervising physician agreements (e.g., periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, consulting on prescriptions)
- Mentor and coach our psychiatric clinicians
- Provide clinician performance feedback and (if needed) escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Medical Director

The estimated pay for this role is $300/Clinician/Month USD. The final compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and on market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
