They are seeking a Client Concierge - Administrative Assistant to assist advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist advisors in creating white glove experiences for clients
- Manage administrative tasks, oversee the online scheduling program and manage advisor schedules
- Answer incoming calls and emails professionally
- Conduct client transaction requests including money movement and account set-up as directed by advisors
- Ensure smooth office operations
- Provide executive-level administrative support
- Fill out transaction forms
- Deliver excellent service to clients by addressing inquiries and facilitating client gift giving and cards
- Attend 2-3 client appreciation events each year and support the Marketing Manager
Skills
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently handle office operations and document management
- Strong Phone/Email Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support and maintain confidentiality
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel and other relevant administrative tools
- Professionalism, reliability, and ability to work effectively in an on-site and also virtual team environment
- Previous experience in financial services or client-facing roles
