This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development Representative to drive outbound efforts and generate qualified meetings within the defense and government sectors. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where success is measured by your ability to book high-quality meetings.
You will work directly with company leadership, targeting defense ecosystems across NATO and allied markets. This is not a strategy role — we are looking for a “doer” who can take initiative, experiment with outreach, and deliver results.
Workload: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Project duration: 6-month contract
Your duties
- Research and identify target accounts across defense and government sectors
- Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Generate and book qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline
- Develop and test outreach messaging tailored to defense audiences
- Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting and priorities
- Track and report outreach performance and key metrics weekly
Requirements
- 1+ years in outbound sales, BDR, or lead generation roles
- Proven experience in outbound sales / lead generation / appointment setting
- Strong written English skills for professional outreach
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve outreach and productivity
- Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant prospects
