Job Title: Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager Company: Compass Care, LLC  Location: Virtual position, with an office in Stamford, CT  Service Areas: New York City, Westchester County, Lower Fairfield County Position Type: Full-Time  Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience Plus Competitive Incentive Compensation   Job Overview: CompassCare is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive referral growth and expand strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with a proven track record in business development and marketing, preferably in home care or a related healthcare field. This role centers on building and managing high-value partnerships with advisors, networks, and institutions to position CompassCare as a leading provider of concierge non-medical home care in the tri-state area. Success is measured by referral growth and revenue generation.   Key Responsibilities: • Develop and grow referral sources • Build and maintain strategic partnerships across healthcare and related industries • Execute marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, events, webinars) • Represent CompassCare at industry and networking events • Track and report on KPIs, including referral and marketing performance • Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and business development activities in CRM   Working Environment: Requires travel throughout CompassCare territories including New York City, Westchester County, Lower Fairfield County, CT, with some time spent at CompassCare home office in Stamford, CT.   About Compass Care: Founded in 2014, CompassCare is the premier provider of concierge level private-duty home care in the NY tri-state area.
