Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier product and service support to consumers, retail partners, and technicians
- Act as a trusted consultant, guiding customers through product features to help them select the perfect appliance for their home
- Leverage your expertise to educate consumers on warranties and extended service plans, transforming routine inquiries into high-value sales opportunities
- Manage parts orders, field stock maintenance, and technical inquiries with speed and precision
- Help us get better by enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting fresh projects
- Manage consumer profiles and product registrations to ensure every Whirlpool owner feels like a VIP
Skills
- Fluent communicator in English and French
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously
- Willingness to support partners during day, evening, and occasional weekend shifts
- Experience in the appliances or consumer electronics industry
