Overview
Position:
Baas Credit Risk Analyst (SME/Micro) at Uni Credit Polska.

Responsibilities
• Credit Risk Ownership for Projects – develop and implement credit policies and rules for BaaS partners from early design to ongoing performance monitoring.
• Ensure policies align with regulatory expectations and group-level risk strategy.
• Verify portfolio quality of BaaS partner’s loan portfolio from credit risk perspective.
• Credit Risk Process Definition – define business requirements and guide development of solutions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Project Coordination – plan work, track progress, organize meetings and ensure key milestones are met on schedule.
• Milestone Management & Reporting – track and report on project progress, communicate any delays or issues.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – facilitate communication and collaboration across Risk, Business, IT, Legal teams.
• Requirements Preparation – collect, define, document credit risk requirements.
• Implementation Support – prepare and maintain documentation for the implementation phase.
• Ongoing Monitoring & Maintenance – assist in monitoring and maintenance after implementation.
Qualifications
• Credit Risk Knowledge – strong understanding of credit risk processes and policies for Micro/SME lending.
• Project Coordination – proven ability to coordinate projects, define key tasks, manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Communication – strong communication skills, organized, proactive ownership.
• Documentation Expertise – experience in preparing detailed documentation for credit risk processes, requirements and project progress.
• Banking & Financial Sector – solid experience in the banking or financial services sector, focus on credit risk management.
• SQL Knowledge – basics in SQL to analyze data and ensure alignment with business and risk requirements.
• Analytical & Critical Thinking – strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Educational Background – degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field.
• Fluency in English – strong written and verbal communication skills.
