B2B Sales Infrastructure Architect (Project-Based)
Project Title: Build a Turnkey Outbound Sales Engine (Pipedrive + Apollo + Assets) Timeline: 3-4 Weeks
The Mission: Brand Elevate is a high-touch book printing, swag and fulfillment company shifting from 100% referral growth to an outbound "Dream 100" strategy. We are hiring a Sales Setter soon, but first, we need you to build the infrastructure so they can start hunting on Day 1.
We are NOT looking for:
A social media manager.
A generic lead generator who just sends a list.
A "brand awareness" consultant.
We ARE looking for: A RevOps or Sales Enablement pro who can set up the tech (Pipedrive/Apollo), find the initial data, and build the sales assets (scripts/PDFs) needed to open doors.
The Tech Stack (Must have experience):
Pipedrive: CRM Setup.
Apollo.io: Data & sequencing.
Scope of Work (The 4 Deliverables):
The Tech Build:
Full setup of Pipedrive (pipeline stages, deal fields, activity logging).
Full setup of Apollo.io (connected to Pipedrive, personas defined).
Success: The system is live and integrated.
The "Hook" Asset:
Create one high-value "Lead Magnet" PDF (e.g., “The Self-Publishing Profit Guide”). We will provide the raw knowledge; you need to make it look professional and compelling enough to get a meeting.
The Data Foundation:
Build/Scrape our initial "Dream 100" list of targets (Authors & Corporate Event Planners) inside Apollo.
Verify contact info (Phone/Email).
The Playbook (Scripts & Voice):
Interview the Founder (45 mins) to capture the "Brand Elevate Voice" (warm, relational, simple).
Write the Cold Outreach Sequence (5-step email/call cadence).
Write the "Nurture" Sequence (for leads who aren't ready yet).
