Automated Lifecycle Specialist for a fully remote position working closely with our Dubai-based team.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will design, execute, and optimise data-driven, multi-channel customer journeys across the client lifecycle within a fast-paced fintech environment. You will leverage segmentation, automation, and behavioural insights to deliver personalised experiences that drive activation, engagement, and conversion across both retail and B2B clients.
You will work closely with Product, BI, Tech, and Commercial teams to translate data into high-impact lifecycle strategies and measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop lifecycle strategies to convert, engage, and re-engage clients across key lifecycle stages.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain behavioural and transactional audience segments to drive relevance and personalisation.
- Launch and optimise automated and trigger-based campaigns using data insights.
- Run A/B tests across messaging, timing, frequency, and audience to improve conversion and engagement.
- Analyse campaign and client behaviour data to continuously optimise lifecycle performance.
- Support product and feature launches by driving adoption through lifecycle channels.
- Collaborate with dedicated teams on data, APIs, segmentation, and journey execution.
- Contribute to messaging, copy, and campaign design while maintaining high standards of relevance and compliance.
- Increase lifecycle contribution to client activation, trading activity, retention, and revenue.
- Report on performance, generate insights, and support stakeholder reviews.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Marketing Automation within fintech, trading, or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of client lifecycle, segmentation, and personalisation.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, MoEngage, Twilio, etc.).
- Experience running multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app, WhatsApp).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into actionable strategy.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable in fast-moving environments.
