Oversee all aspects of video production for game presentation at the University of California, Berkeley. Collaborate with the game presentation team to develop creative and engaging video content that enhances the overall fan experience. Manage and lead a team of video production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring high-quality and professional standards are met. Develop and implement a strategic plan for video production, including pre-game, in-game, and post-game content. Work closely with coaches, athletes, and other departments to ensure video content aligns with the overall brand and messaging of the athletics department. Create and adhere to production schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery of content within allocated resources. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video production technology to continuously improve the quality of our game presentation. Manage all aspects of game day video production, including camera operation, live switching, graphics, and audio. Collaborate with external partners, such as sponsors and vendors, to incorporate their branding and messaging into video content. Ensure all video content is in compliance with copyright laws and NCAA regulations. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including coaches, athletes, and staff, to gather content ideas and feedback. Maintain a positive and professional image for the University of California, Berkeley through all video productions. Attend meetings and events as a representative of the athletics department and the video production team.
