You will play a key role in supporting the implementation, training, and troubleshooting of our diagnostic solutions in clinical settings across Korea.

1. Responsibilities
Product-Specific Expertise
Covering the full spectrum of clinical microbiology from PPM (media) to Kiestra (automation) and Synapsys (informatics).
This role delivers integrated consulting across culture media, workflow optimization with automation validation & verification support, and digital reading with data‑driven interpretation. As a unified microbiology automation specialist, the position enhances laboratory efficiency, accuracy, and consistency while providing customer‑tailored automation strategies and demonstrable clinical value.
2. Cross-Functional Scientific / Consulting Roles
Conduct workflow analysis of microbiology labs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with KOLs and key customers on evidence-generation initiatives
Support verification/validation
Provide academic and technical training for Sales and Service team
3. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Life Science, or related fields
Hands-on experience in clinical microbiology (culture, identification, AST)
Strong consulting and customer communication skills
Analytical mindset for data-driven problem solving
Ability to travel domestically and collaborate with global teams
