The Apartment Search Consultant role focuses on personalized client interactions and marketing strategies to connect potential renters with suitable apartments, providing a supportive and commission-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Getting to know the person on an introductory call on the phone
- Conducting an in-person consultation with them at the office to get a real look into their wants and needs
- Go Live in person with them to see their top 3 options
- Meet back at the office to go through the Application process of the Apartment of their choice
- Candidates looking for apartments get channeled into the ASC via these 3 sources:
- Referrals (their #1 source) that come in from realtors, other apartment communities, schools, employers, past clients, friends, etc
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by the company – people often “Google” how to find an apartment in Nashville – it can only take them so far. This company pays a lot for SEO, so people go to their site, see that it is free for them, and reach out to get connected on their own!
- On-Line Ads: This ASC will be taught how and where to post Ads for the apartment/town house complexes this company works with. Applicants will come in and this ASC will call to set up an appointment

- You must be able to acquire your Real Estate License
- Must have a car/reliable transportation
- Some type of computer to access internet (most use a Chromebook)
- A smart phone with picture taking capabilities (all will be used daily)
