As an Analytics Manager, SEO, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and implementing data-driven SEO strategies that boost organic traffic, enhance user experience, and increase conversions. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the SEO pipeline, analyzing complex data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions. You'll leverage your expertise in SEO, analytics, and content marketing to drive client success and contribute to Chewy's continued growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience. Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical SEO audits, and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives business results. Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content initiatives. Analyze complex data sets to measure SEO performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SEO success and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure Chewy remains at the forefront of the industry. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 4+ years of experience in SEO, analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies. A strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, technical SEO, and link building. Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience with data analysis and interpretation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include: Experience with content marketing, including content creation and distribution. Familiarity with SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement technical SEO recommendations. A certification in Google Analytics or SEO is a plus.
