As an AI Native Product Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our flagship software product — Trezor Suite. We're looking for a mid-senior designer who's passionate about crypto, thinks in systems, and ships with AI.
This isn't a traditional product design role. We're building a team for where the industry is heading, not where it's been. We expect you to use AI as a core part of your workflow — from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. We expect you to turn an idea into a working prototype, not just a Figma file. And we expect you to deeply understand the crypto space. Not as a buzzword, but as someone who lives it.

What’s the job?
- Own end-to-end design for features within the Wallet domain — from problem definition through research, design, prototyping, and delivery.
- Design and refine complex flows for self-custody, transaction management, portfolio views, and multi-chain interactions across desktop and mobile.
- Use AI tools daily as a thought partner, research aid, and prototyping accelerator — and build functional prototypes using vibe coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to validate ideas faster than static mockups allow.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and the security team to balance usability with uncompromising security standards.
- Contribute to and consume our design system, ensuring consistency while pushing the quality bar higher.
- Bring deep crypto domain knowledge to every design decision — understand the real implications of what you're building for people's assets.
About you
- 3–7 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work on complex digital products (desktop + mobile).
- Crypto/Web3 domain knowledge. You understand self-custody, seed phrases, private keys, multi-chain wallets, and DeFi concepts. Ideally you use crypto yourself.
- AI fluency. You actively use AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Figma AI, etc.) as a core part of your design workflow, not as an occasional experiment.
- Vibe coding ability. You can go from idea to functional prototype using AI-assisted coding tools. You don't need to be an engineer, but you can ship a working prototype.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills. UI craft, typography, color, layout, micro-interactions. When AI makes everything "good enough," your taste is what makes it great.
- Systems thinking. You think in flows and edge cases, not individual screens. You understand how components, patterns, and design tokens work together.
- Clear communication. You can articulate design rationale, present to leadership, and write clear documentation in English.

- Experience designing for security-sensitive products (fintech, banking, crypto, identity).
- Contributions to design systems or component libraries.
- Side projects involving vibe coding — your own app, tool, or website built with AI.
- Active participation in the crypto community (personal projects, DAOs, open-source contributions).
- Experience with user research, both qualitative and quantitative, and familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing, feature flags).

- A "unicorn" who claims mastery in everything — we value T-shaped depth over breadth.
