此職位採混合辦公模式，以台灣為據點，並與馬來西亞總部與區域跨職能團隊協作。你將參與從後端邏輯、模型串接到前端呈現的全流程開發，打造可擴展、可上線的智慧金融解決方案。

• 資訊工程、軟體工程或相關科系本科以上學歷

• 2 - 4 年全棧開發經驗（前端＋後端）

• 精通 Python 與 JavaScript（含 Node.js、React 或相關框架）

• 有將機器學習模型部署至線上系統的經驗

• 熟悉 REST API、雲端部署與可擴展系統架構

• 熟練操作 SQL / NoSQL 資料庫與分散式系統

• 熟悉軟體設計模式、測試與除錯流程

• 常駐台灣，並可配合與國際團隊進行遠端協作

• 有使用 FastAPI、Flask、TensorFlow Serving 部署模型經驗

• 熟悉 Next.js、Vue、TypeScript 等現代前端技術棧

• 熟悉 MLflow、Airflow、Docker、GCP 或 AWS 等工具

• 有新創公司或敏捷開發環境的工作背景

• 對可解釋性 AI、資料視覺化或複雜模型前端呈現有興趣

Working arrangement: Hybrid (based in Taiwan - remote first with office collaboration)

At BJAK, we’re reinventing how financial services work across Southeast Asia using AI — making them smarter, simpler, and more inclusive. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you’ll bridge ML and software engineering, building the infrastructure, integrations, and UI that put meaningful AI into users’ hands.

This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, collaborating with our Malaysia HQ and cross-functional teams across the region. You’ll work across backend systems, model integration, and frontend interfaces to ship scalable, production-ready intelligent systems.

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 2 - 4 years of experience in full stack development

• Strong skills in Python and JavaScript (Node.js, React, etc.)

• Experience integrating ML models into production systems

• Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud deployment, scalable backend architectures

• Comfortable with SQL/NoSQL and distributed systems

• Solid grasp of design patterns, testing, debugging workflows

• Must be based in Taiwan and open to hybrid collaboration with regional teams

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or TensorFlow Serving

• Familiar with Next.js, Vue, or TypeScript

• Knowledge of MLflow, Airflow, Docker, GCP/AWS

• Background in startups or agile product teams

• Interest in explainable AI or frontend visualization of complex models
