AI Administrator / Automation Specialist

You should have 2+ years of experience in similar roles or be a junior person with just 3-6 months experience helping companies with AI tool selection and administration on a part-time basis.
The Role
You will help our team become better at the job through AI-powered solutions. This role does NOT require an engineering degree or background. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and has experience working with or administering smart workflows/agents, AI platforms, and/or connectors. If you've tinkered and dabbled in building smart workflows or agent-based solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Location & Compensation
• Location: 100% remote. Any country is acceptable, though we have key partners in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in building and deploying AI agents for internal automation use cases.
• Work with no-code/low-code AI tools to develop smart workflows that are robust and scalable.
• Use AI to help the partners improve efficiency and stay ahead of the latest AI trends.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for AI tool use, integration, and maximizing our work.
• Assist in the selection, purchase, and deployment of effective tools for the team.
• Help people get their work done on a consistent basis with simple / effective solutions that don't require coding/etc., utilizing appropriate agents/automation/AI platforms/tools.
• Help the team navigate a growing stack of AI automation tools and maximize existing subscriptions.
• Customize and maintain tools we use to ensure they always work and have the latest information.
• Recommend new tools as they become available.
Technical Tools Currently in Use
We operate in a Microsoft environment. Internal communication uses Slack, Teams, and Phone calls. The standard tools for this role will be determined by your recommendations.
Requirements
• Able to quickly gain an understanding of our business / context to make recommendations on useful AI tool use.
• Experience or aptitude in a corporate / work environment.
• Comfortable working with high-level individuals who will ask questions to gain knowledge on where opportunities can be found, and make recommendations.
• Deep knowledge of AI tools (e.g., agents, APIs, status, updates, constraints, automation logic, etc.) for automation tools like OpenAI Agents, AutoGPT, AgentGPT, Zapier with AI, CHATGPT workflows, etc.)
• Experience with no-code/low-code platform or scripting basic automation logic.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A "tinkering/hack your mind" mindset.
• Experience with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or similar.
• Some experience with prompt engineering or AI model behavior.
