Position Overview:
This job title reflects the varied responsibilities of the role, including office support, financial tasks, client interaction, and production assistance - versatility is needed due to the job's diverse nature. We’re on the lookout for a cheerful, eager-to-learn individual to join our team. While experience is not required, a positive attitude and a willingness to dive into various tasks are essential. This full-time role involves supporting daily office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Support: Manage basic front office tasks including filing, answering phone calls, and providing customer service.
• Financial Administration: Handle invoice processing, payment reminders, and collections.
• Inventory Management: Order materials, track deliveries, and oversee receivables.
• Accounting Support: Assist with paying invoices and entering year-end financial data.
• Design Assistance: Help with general errands and support creative projects.
• Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to achieve goals and plan strategies.
• Trade Shows & Travel: Represent the company at trade shows and collaborate with clients.
• Production & Shipping: Assist in production and shipping tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills.
• Cheerful and positive attitude.
• Versatile and capable of handling a variety of tasks.
• Passionate about contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in working with diverse materials such as leather and finished products.
• Must pass a drug test (Marijuana and medical Marijuana is not tolerated).
