We expect you to
- Have a proven track record of 3–4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns, demonstrating your ability to drive measurable results
- Bring experience in leading a team, with strong leadership skills that inspire collaboration and high performance
- Be highly proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major social media advertising platforms, with a deep understanding of their features and best practices
- Use advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms effectively to optimize campaigns and extract meaningful insights
- Show great attention to detail while maintaining a clear strategic overview across multiple projects
- Possess an analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable steps that drive continuous improvement
- Excel in organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Demonstrate confidence in your decisions and take full ownership of your work
- Communicate fluently in both English and Lithuanian, verbally and in writing
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-5500 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania : 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
