Hi! I’m Luke, Sales Director for the US here at WeTravel. My mission is to build a strong, talented, and mission-driven sales team that’s passionate about helping group travel and multi-day travel businesses thrive. We’re growing fast, and I’m looking for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves, connect with incredible clients, and help scale the US market.

How We Work

Our team thrives on energy, ownership, and results. As an Account Executive, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle: from initial outreach, to discovery calls and product demos, all the way through closing and handoff to onboarding.


The best part? We already have a solid pool of warm prospects—so you’ll spend more time prospecting, demoing, and closing, and less time hunting for leads. We take a consultative approach, focused on understanding each client’s unique challenges. Our clients are small-to-medium-sized multi-day tour operators, often run by passionate entrepreneurs who wear many hats. That means you'll have a real impact—helping them grow and simplify their operations through our all-in-one platform.

We use tools like HubSpot to keep things organized and scalable, and we support each other through collaboration, feedback, and shared wins.

That’s especially the case for group travel and multi-day travel where the trip participants (travellers) get to really immerse themselves. Passionate travel organizers make this magic happen and WeTravel is here to support those travel companies. We help them publish their trip offerings, generate leads and follow through to convert them to bookings, process payments around the world, pay suppliers/vendors, and digitise their operations. This helps multi-day travel organizers get more bookings, save time, and save money.
