What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including screening, interviewing, and salary negotiations
? Develop and execute staffing plans to maintain a diverse candidate pipeline
? Actively source candidates through various channels including social media and job fairs
? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team fit and culture for each opening
? Prepare recruiting reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 3 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
? Bachelor's degree preferred
? Strong understanding of employment laws and recruiting practices
? Proven success in sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods
? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Brassring
? Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
? Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies
? Experience in mentoring and training team members
? Knowledge of military and alumni recruitment channels
