As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across the USA. Key Responsibilities: Customer Champion: You'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Your goal is to turn every interaction into a positive experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients. Technology Troubleshooter: You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues with their cellular phones, billing, and other technical concerns. Your patience, empathy, and technical knowledge will make all the difference in resolving their problems. Highly Organized and Motivated: You'll be working independently, managing your time effectively to meet performance metrics and deadlines. Your self-motivation and discipline will ensure that you stay focused and productive throughout your shift. Team Player: You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and respect. You'll work closely with your colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. On-site and Off-site IT Support: As needed, you'll provide technical support to our customers, either on-site or remotely, to ensure their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and qualifications: Right Attitude: A positive, customer-centric attitude is essential for this role. You'll need to be passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience. Remote customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Office Computer Skills: You'll need basic typing skills, software usage, and internet navigation to perform your duties efficiently. Work from Home Requirements: To ensure a distraction-free workspace, you'll need a quiet, dedicated home office with a reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download). Satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data connections are not compatible with our system. Location: You'll need to be located within 50 miles of a blithequark facility to ensure easy access to our resources and support. Communication: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required. You'll need to pass a fluency test to demonstrate your language proficiency.
